Who runs the membership?
The members' cooperative. You join it in the app and accept its rules; member money never mixes with the company's money.
Is there a fee?
Free to join. Anything you pay is shown before you accept.
Can I leave?
Yes. Ask in the app; your savings and wallet balance are paid out under the cooperative's rules.
Do I need to be a member to borrow?
No. Membership is for the wallet, savings and circle; loans are open to every verified customer.
