Are there extra charges?
No: you pay the bill's face value, with no fee from us. Any fee is always shown before you pay.
What if a payment fails?
Failed payments are refunded to your wallet automatically, and you can follow every payment's status in the app.
What if my token is slow?
A slow biller is checked again every few minutes for up to a day. Your token shows in the app, comes by SMS and stays in your receipt.
